New collaboration between Hunstanton Society and SHARP

Hunstanton Society is very pleased to announce a new collaboration with SHARP (Sedgeford Historical and Archaeological Research Project).

Ann Smith, Finds Supervisor at SHARP, is keen to bring information about the annual dig to the local area and we have agreed to install a new display in Hunstanton Heritage Centre that will present some of the Anglo-Saxon finds recovered from the excavation.

The display will be installed on Saturday, 8 July in time for the opening of the Heritage Centre at 2pm. Members of SHARP (one or two of whom in costume) will be on hand to answer questions about the project.
